Jerry Farzayee built his own home while acting as his own general contractor before becoming formally licensed, giving him hands-on perspective in planning, budgeting, trade coordination, finishes, and construction quality.

We currently have two Lake Anna lots available at $699,000 each (modern 3,200 sq ft and 4 bed/4 bath packages) and four Lancaster County homesites at $340,000 each. Every property is available as land only, with a featured Dashing Developments home package, or as a fully customized build.
What is the build-on-your-lot process with Dashing Developments? +
Our process has four steps: (1) Choose your path - bring your lot or select one of our available homesites. (2) Select a plan or go fully custom. (3) Personalize - adjust square footage, elevation, layout, finishes, garages, and porches. (4) We build and you move in, with regular updates throughout construction.

Yes. We offer stormwater permit compliance management for builders, developers, and land-disturbance projects in Virginia. Services include SWPPP inspection support, pre-inspection site reviews, documentation management, and land disturbance permit support. Jerry holds a Responsible Land Disturber (RLD35680) and Virginia DEQ Qualified Personnel (QP03121) certification.
